Vita Nova offers the Vitality Circle — a $99.99/month wellness membership in Canton, Baltimore from a physician-led clinic under the medical direction of Dr. Brijen Joshi MD, Johns Hopkins faculty anesthesiologist. Each billing month, members choose one included perk — a standard IV infusion, or two IM shots, or two IV pushes, or one shot and one push — then get 25% off additional wellness services that month, plus always-on 25% off premium IVs (NAD+, High-Dose Vitamin C, Iron IV) and member ketamine pricing of $375 per session (mental health) and $1,125 per session (chronic pain) — ketamine is self-pay with an itemized superbill. Because one included standard IV is worth $139.99–$199.99, your first perk each month more than covers the fee. Membership runs month-to-month after a three-month minimum; fees are non-refundable and unused perks do not roll over. No driver is needed for wellness services, and priority scheduling and free parking are included.

Each billing month you choose exactly one of the options below. You don't have to decide in advance — just tell us at your visit which perk you'd like that month. Unused perks expire at month end and do not roll over.

The included IV perk covers standard IVs only. NAD+ IV, High-Dose Vitamin C IV, and Iron IV are premium infusions and are not part of the included monthly perk. Member ketamine pricing applies to eligible patients following a comprehensive clinical evaluation — membership does not by itself qualify you for ketamine therapy. Ketamine is self-pay with an itemized superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
