Immunity IV in Baltimore — Vitamin C, Zinc & B Vitamins

For the week before a trip, the first scratchy-throat day, or the stretch when everyone around you is sick.

New customers: 10% off your first IV drip with code NOVA99.Applies to standard IV drips ($139.99–$199.99) for first-time customers. Excludes NAD+, High-Dose Vitamin C and Iron IV; Vitality Circle members save 25% on those.

The Immunity Boost IV at Vita Nova in Canton, Baltimore is a 45–60 minute infusion of vitamin C, zinc and B-complex vitamins — the three nutrients your immune system uses up fastest — with a liter of fluids. It costs $184.99, no membership required. People book it before travel, at the first sign of a cold, during cold season, and after an illness has wiped them out. No driver needed.

It supports your immune system; it doesn't cure or prevent anything, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor when you're actually sick. Questions: (443) 563-1059.

What's in it — and what each one is for
🍊
Vitamin C
Your immune cells stockpile it and burn through it when they're working. By IV it reaches levels a tablet can't.
🔬
Zinc
Needed to make the T-cells that fight viruses. Zinc pills at useful doses upset most stomachs; IV doesn't.
⚡
B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6)
Immune cells multiply fast when they're needed; B vitamins are what that takes. Also why you feel less flattened.
Want a bigger vitamin C dose? See the 10 g and 15 g vitamin C infusions.

Best a few days before travel, or the day symptoms start. First visit adds a short intake.

When to book

Four Moments This Drip Is Built For

⭐ Most common
2–3 days before a trip

Flights, conferences, weddings. Go in topped up rather than trying to recover on arrival.

⭐ Most common
The first scratchy day

That "I think I'm getting something" feeling. This is when vitamin C and zinc levels matter most.

Seasonal
Monthly, October–March

Nurses, teachers, parents of small children. Anyone whose job is being around germs.

Recovery
After an illness

You're over it but still wiped. Fluids and B vitamins are usually what's missing.

When to see a doctor instead. A fever that won't break, chest symptoms, trouble breathing, or an illness past its fourth or fifth day needs a clinician, not a wellness drip. The Immunity IV supports a healthy immune system; it doesn't treat an infection, and we'll tell you to go elsewhere if that's what you need.

02
What's in the bag

Three Ingredients — and What Each Is For

Vitamin C
For the cells that do the fighting

Your white blood cells stockpile vitamin C and burn through it when they're active, which is why levels drop when you're fighting something off. Swallowed vitamin C stops being absorbed past a few hundred milligrams; by IV it goes straight in, so immune cells can refill. It also supports the collagen in the nose and throat lining that's your first barrier.

Zinc
For making T-cells

Zinc is what your body needs to produce and mature the T-cells that recognize and fight viruses. Zinc tablets at useful doses make most people nauseous; the IV form skips the stomach, so you get the dose without the queasiness.

B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6)
For the energy to respond — and to not feel flattened

When your immune system kicks in, immune cells multiply rapidly, and that takes B vitamins. Low B vitamins also make a cold feel worse than it is: the wiped-out, foggy tiredness. B6 in particular supports antibody production.

Immunity IV vs. the Vitamin C Infusion — Pick Honestly

⭐ Most people
Immunity Boost IV — $184.99

Balanced vitamin C, zinc and B vitamins with fluids. The right choice for travel, cold season and first symptoms. Included monthly for members.

Step up
Vitamin C Infusion, 10 g or 15 g — from $299.99

Vitamin C only, at a much larger dose, with a G6PD blood test first. For people who specifically want a large vitamin C dose rather than a balanced immune drip.

Vitamin C infusions →

Between drips, a vitamin C push or zinc push ($74.99, 5–15 minutes) keeps levels up. Members get two a month included.

Membership

Cold Season Is Six Months Long — Membership Covers It

Immunity IV can be your included monthly perk as a Vitality Circle member

If you're the nurse, teacher or parent who gets everything that goes around, a monthly drip from October to March is a sensible rhythm. The Vitality Circle ($99.99/month) includes one perk a month — 1 standard IV drip (the Immunity IV qualifies), 2 IM shots, 2 IV pushes (vitamin C and zinc pushes are the natural picks), or 1 shot + 1 push — then 25% off everything else. Try one first; join if it earns its place. Nurses, teachers and first responders also get the Community Heroes discount.

Frequently Asked Questions

Immunity IV — Your Questions, Answered

The Immunity Boost IV at Vita Nova in Canton, Baltimore costs $184.99 for a 45–60 minute infusion of vitamin C, zinc and B-complex vitamins with a liter of fluids. No membership is required. Vitality Circle members ($99.99/month) can choose one standard drip as their included monthly perk, and the Immunity IV qualifies. Community Heroes discounts apply for nurses, teachers, first responders, military and seniors. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Vita Nova's Immunity Boost IV contains vitamin C, which your white blood cells stockpile and burn through when active; zinc, which your body needs to make the T-cells that fight viruses; and a B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) that immune cells use to multiply and that keeps you from feeling flattened — all in a liter of fluids. It's given by a licensed nurse over 45–60 minutes at 513 Bayview Blvd, Canton. For a much larger vitamin C dose alone, see the 10 g and 15 g vitamin C infusions.
An immunity IV won't cure or shorten an infection, and Vita Nova won't tell you it will. What it does is replace the fluids, vitamin C, zinc and B vitamins your body burns through while fighting something, which is why people come in on the first scratchy-throat day or after an illness has wiped them out. If you have a fever that won't break, chest symptoms, trouble breathing, or you've been sick more than a few days, see a doctor first. The drip supports a healthy immune system; it isn't medical treatment.
The two most common times to book the Immunity IV at Vita Nova are two to three days before a trip and the first day you feel something coming on. People who are around germs for a living — nurses, teachers, parents of young children — often go monthly from October through March. It's also useful after an illness when you're over it but still drained. Sessions take 45–60 minutes in Canton, Baltimore; no driver needed. For a month-by-month plan, see our cold and flu season IV guide.
Different, and more reliable when you need it fast. Swallowed vitamin C stops being absorbed past a few hundred milligrams a dose, and zinc pills at useful doses make most people nauseous. The Immunity IV puts both directly into the bloodstream, with B vitamins and fluids, so the nutrients actually arrive. Pills are fine for everyday maintenance; the drip at Vita Nova is for the week before travel, the start of a cold, or cold season when you want a sure thing. If zinc is all you want, ask about the Zinc IV Push, a quick push instead of a full drip.
The Immunity IV suits most healthy adults, but people with significant kidney disease, heart failure, or G6PD deficiency (which affects how the body handles vitamin C), and anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, should be reviewed first, and some should skip it. Tell the nurse at Vita Nova about any conditions, allergies and medications at intake; every patient is screened under physician oversight before the first infusion. Call (443) 563-1059 with questions before booking.
