Taurine, B-complex and active B12 for people already doing the work — so the work counts for more.
The Fat-Burning IV (B-Lean) at Vita Nova in Canton, Baltimore is a 45–60 minute infusion of taurine, B-complex vitamins and methylcobalamin (active B12) — the nutrients your body uses to turn fat into energy. It costs $199.99, no membership required. It is not a weight-loss treatment and won't burn fat by itself; it's for people who are exercising and eating well and want their metabolism running on a full tank. No driver needed.
Vitality Circle members can choose one drip like this as their included monthly perk. Questions: (443) 563-1059.

Your body burns fat through a chain of steps that all depend on B vitamins, and it digests dietary fat using bile that depends on taurine. When those run low — which happens during hard training, calorie restriction, and on some medications — the whole process runs below capacity no matter how disciplined you are. The B-Lean IV tops those nutrients up so the diet and exercise you're doing count for more. If you're not doing the diet and exercise, this drip won't replace them, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a bag.
That framing is also why it's called "B-Lean" on our menu rather than something more dramatic. It's a well-formulated metabolic support IV for active people, and that's how we'll talk about it.
Cutting calories while training hard is exactly when B vitamins run low. Energy drops, workouts get flat, and it's tempting to quit. A monthly drip keeps the tank full through the block.
Doing everything right and the scale hasn't moved in weeks. Sometimes the missing piece is nutritional, not effort. This is the cheapest thing to rule out before changing your whole program.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide reduce how much you eat — including B12 and B vitamins — and many people feel drained. This drip and a monthly B12 shot are a common pairing. Tell the nurse at intake so the formula is reviewed with you.
Coming back from two weeks of eating and drinking differently, and wanting to feel like yourself again before restarting a routine. One drip, then back to the gym.
Your liver attaches taurine to bile acids to make the bile that breaks dietary fat into pieces you can absorb. Taurine also sits in the membranes of mitochondria — the parts of your cells that actually burn fat — and helps them work under strain. It's depleted by hard exercise.
Every step of turning fat into energy needs a B vitamin as a helper. B5 and B2 in particular are used at the core of the process; B1 helps carbohydrate and fat metabolism run together. Water-soluble, not stored, used up daily — which is why levels drop fast during a cut.
B12 keeps energy metabolism and nerve function running. Methylcobalamin is the form your cells use directly, so nothing has to be converted first. By IV it bypasses the gut entirely — useful if you have absorption issues or are on a medication that lowers B12.
Why methylcobalamin and not the cheaper B12? Most supplements use cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form your body has to convert before it can use it, and some people convert it less efficiently than others. Methylcobalamin skips that step. We use it in the B-Lean IV and in our B12 shot because it's the form that works for the most people.
The full formula plus a liter of fluid, 45–60 minutes. Taurine and a full B-complex, which the shots don't carry. Included monthly for members.
Book the drip →A five-minute injection of the lipotropic B vitamins (B-Lean) or methionine, inositol, choline and B12 (MICC). Quick, cheap, and members get two a month included.
B-Lean Shot → · MICC Shot →For deeper energy during a long block, some patients alternate B-Lean with NAD+ IV month to month.
A monthly drip is exactly the rhythm this formula is built for, and the Vitality Circle ($99.99/month) includes one perk a month — 1 standard IV drip (B-Lean qualifies), 2 IM shots, 2 IV pushes, or 1 shot + 1 push — then 25% off NAD+ and everything else, including a B-Lean or MICC shot between drips. Try one drip first; join if you're going to keep going.
