You'll be the psychiatric backbone of our ketamine therapy program — conducting evaluations, shaping treatment plans under physician-set protocols, and following patients through their treatment series. Our patients are the ones conventional psychiatry couldn't help: treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar depression, postpartum depression. This is clinical work where the response is visible, rapid, and deeply rewarding — in a monitored, anesthesiologist-led infusion setting alongside a small team that will know your name by lunch on day one.

💵 Compensation: $70.00 per hour · Part-time · Schedule within clinic hours (Mon–Fri 1PM–8PM, Sat 10AM–2PM). Additional compensation and benefit details, if applicable, are discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

✓Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments for ketamine therapy patients

✓Develop and adjust treatment plans under protocols set by the medical director

✓Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions alongside clinical staff

✓Coordinate care and share treatment updates with referring providers

✓Document assessments and plans in the EHR accurately and on time

✓Educate patients on treatment expectations, response timelines, and next steps

Requirements

✓PMHNP-BC board certification

✓Active, unencumbered Maryland RN and CRNP licensure

✓DEA registration and Maryland CDS — or current eligibility to obtain

✓1+ year of psychiatric evaluation and medication management experience preferred

✓Interest in interventional psychiatry and ketamine therapy — training provided

✓Comfort in a collaborative, physician-led clinical setting; background check required
