SPRAVATO® (FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray) for treatment-resistant depression and MDD with suicidal ideation
IV therapy, including vitamin infusions, hydration drips, NAD+ boosters
IM shots, wellness supplements, and chronic pain support
Mental health and wellness consultations

Eligibility for each service is determined by clinical evaluation and provider discretion.

5. Patient Responsibilities

By becoming a patient of Vita Nova, you agree to:

Provide complete and accurate medical history
Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
Attend scheduled appointments or provide at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice
Arrange appropriate transportation if required post-treatment
Immediately report any adverse effects or side effects
Pay all fees in accordance with clinic payment terms

All other services, including ketamine and IV therapies, are self-pay. Patients are responsible for:

10. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Doing so allows us to offer your reserved time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your medical information.

We comply fully with HIPAA regulations and follow strict privacy protocols.
